The new RIBA Contract Administration Forms Project Packs are a completely up-to-date set of forms
specifically produced for use with the 2005 editions of the JCT forms of contract.
Replacing the old system of publishing the forms in individual pads, the forms are now contained within
three separate Project Packs.
Each project pack contains a comprehensive selection and sufficient quantity of forms needed to administer a
project under the contract in question. The new project packs can therefore be easily charged to the job they
are being used for, making both project and general office administration easier.
The project packs contain the forms in the quantities listed opposite. Interim Certificate, Statement of
Retention and Certificate of Progress Payment forms are included in the packs and are also available in
separate top-up pads.
The frequently used forms – Architect’s Instructions, Contract Administrator’s Instructions and Instruction
Continuations – are not included in the Packs and are available separately in pads of a hundred.
